Huizhou Ramson Technology is the manufacturing entity behind every sofa that ships under the JSC Sofa name - a single production facility in Shatian, Huiyang District, Huizhou, running continuously since 2009. Jiu Sheng Chen International Trading Co., Limited, trading as JSC Sofa, is Ramson's wholly-owned Hong Kong subsidiary, set up to handle the parts of an export order that a mainland manufacturing entity typically cannot: contracting in the buyer's preferred jurisdiction, invoicing, and foreign-currency collection.
The factory itself stays focused on what a factory does - research and development, cutting and frame construction, upholstery, quality control, and shipment execution. For overseas buyers, this means one point of commercial contact and one physical facility of record, rather than a trading company routing orders to an unnamed or rotating pool of subcontracted workshops.
Seventeen years into upholstered sofa manufacturing, the factory now supports full ODM and OEM production for commercial buyers across hospitality, cinema, serviced-apartment, and healthcare-facility seating categories - each specified to its own tolerance and testing standard rather than a single generic product line.

A 150–180 Person Factory, Not a Trading Desk With a Supplier List
Total headcount across the Huizhou facility runs 150 to 180 people, covering research and development, frame fabrication, upholstery, quality control, and packing under one roof. The research and development group - roughly 15 engineers - works ahead of production rather than alongside it: mechanism tolerance testing, frame-joint load specification, and new-model tooling are completed before a design reaches the cutting floor, not adjusted mid-run.
This is also the team a buyer's ODM or OEM brief goes through first. A customization request - a new fabric program, a modified frame dimension, a private-label leg style - is scoped by the same in-house engineering group that maintains the factory's standard product line, rather than handed to an outside design studio or a separate contract-manufacturing partner. R&D, tooling, and quality control sit inside the same facility that runs mass production, so a specification approved on paper and a specification built on the line are checked by the same team.
