HuizhouRamson Technology Co. Ltd., established in 2009, is a sofa manufacturing and exporting company with fifteen years of professional experience. Our 25,000 square meter factory in Huizhou, Guangdong, China, manages every stage of production in a one-stop manner. We are responsible for the entire process, from design and frame construction to fabric cutting, sewing, upholstery, quality control, and packaging.
We are a team consisting of 320 professionals, equipped with 4 CNC machining centers, one automatic cutting machine, and over 50 industrial sewing machines to ensure high precision and efficiency in production.

Design And Prototyping Stage
The R&D team (comprising 19 members) designs and draws the sofa styles (such as L-shaped, functional, and smart models), dimensions, fabrics (fabric/leather), filling materials (down/high-density foam), and frame structures based on market demands/customer orders, including CAD drawings and BOM (Bill of Materials).
Cutting Process
Utilize an automatic cutting machine (1 unit) coupled with manual assistance to cut the fabric according to the sample (including seam allowance and pattern matching requirements), and label and categorize the fabric (to avoid color variation and mixed packaging of the same style across different batches). For special designs (such as corners and pleats), manually refine the edges.
Sewing Process
50 industrial sewing machines operate in division of labor, stitching fabrics according to the drawings (including details such as zippers, buttons, decorative threads, etc.).
Frame production
Cut, tenon, and assemble the sofa frame (base, backrest, armrest framework) according to the drawings; reinforce metal connectors at some load-bearing parts (using externally sourced hardware accessories).
Assembly Process
First, lay bandages, springs, and padding layers (such as foam or down) on the frame to provide base support. Then, fit the sewn sofa cover onto the frame, and have a craftsman manually tighten and nail it securely (with hidden nail holes). Adjust the curvature to ensure the surface is flat and full, with neat edges and corners. Simultaneously, complete the fitting and installation of decorative and functional components (such as smart motors and sofa bed hinges).
Quality Inspection Process
Conduct comprehensive quality inspection on appearance, function, safety, packaging, and other aspects to ensure full-dimensional control over product quality.

Are you a factory or a trader? What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?We are a source factory established in 2009, located in Huizhou, Guangdong. We have a 25,000㎡ self-owned production base and 320 skilled workers, enabling full-chain independent production from design, cutting, sewing to touch-up. To balance production line efficiency and cost, our regular MOQ is usually one 40HQ container; for the testing needs of cross-border e-commerce customers, we also support small batch trial orders (specific quantity depends on the complexity of the style).

Is the sofa frame prone to collapse or cracking? What type of wood do you use?We use high-quality pine wood and multi-layer solid wood boards that have undergone drying and insect-proof treatment to construct the frame. The moisture content is strictly controlled between 12% and 14% to prevent deformation and cracking. At key stress points, we add triangular wood reinforcements and metal connectors. In addition, we use a "井" shaped bandage system on the frame, combined with a serpentine spring system, to withstand high-strength pressure testing, ensuring that the sofa will not collapse within 10 years of normal use.

What are the sample making cycle and delivery time for customizing a sofa?The sample making cycle usually takes 7-10 working days (including structural design, fabric cutting, and finished product production). After the sample is completed, we can send the actual product or provide a high-definition video for confirmation. After the sample is confirmed, the delivery time for mass production is generally 30-45 days, depending on the order quantity and fabric inventory. We have 5 production lines with a monthly production capacity of 9.5 million RMB, which can effectively guarantee the timely delivery of bulk orders.

Is the sofa prone to damage during transportation? How do you package it?We place great emphasis on transportation safety. Conventional sofas are packaged in a fully enclosed manner using "pearl cotton + corner protectors + five-layer thickened corrugated cardboard boxes". For cross-border e-commerce customers, we specifically offer Vacuum Compressed Packaging services, which can compress the sofa volume to 1/3 or even 1/4 of its original size, significantly reducing the first-leg logistics costs. Moreover, after unpacking, the sofa can quickly rebound and return to its original shape, without affecting the sitting comfort.
