Not every custom order starts from a blank page. Depending on how much of the design already exists, one of three cooperation modes will fit your project.

ODM Service - Modify Our Existing Sofa Models

Start from a model already in our standard catalog and request specific changes - a different fabric program, an alternate leg style, a resized seat depth, or an added recliner mechanism. Because the base frame and tooling already exist, ODM modification typically reaches sample stage faster than a fully custom build.

OEM Service - Produce to Your Drawings, Reference Samples, or Sketches

Supply a CAD drawing, a physical reference sample, or a hand sketch with dimensions, and our R&D team will produce a technical specification for your review before any tooling is cut. This mode is used most often by buyers who already have an approved design from a previous supplier or an in-house design team.

Hospitality Project Customization

Hotel, serviced-apartment, and senior-care-facility bulk projects have their own procurement pattern: one specification applied across dozens or hundreds of identical units, often tied to a fixed installation date. For these projects we work against a single approved master sample, confirm fire-retardant and durability specifications up front, and schedule production against your installation timeline rather than a standard retail-season calendar.

End-to-End Custom Development Workflow

Every custom order - ODM, OEM, or hospitality project - follows the same six-step sequence, so you always know which stage your order is at and what happens next.

Sample Policy

Sampling is a separate, defined stage of the process, not an informal preview - the same tooling and material specification used for your sample is what mass production is measured against.

Sample making cycle

For models already within our standard frame series, samples are typically ready to ship within 7–14 working days after payment confirmation. Fully custom designs - new fabric programs, new frame dimensions, or new leg styles - usually take 15–20 working days, since new tooling must be built before upholstery begins.

Sample charge rule

Sample fees are quoted per model at inquiry stage and cover material, labor, and tooling time where new tooling is required; the exact figure is confirmed in writing before sample production starts.

Sample fee refund condition

Sample fees are credited against your first bulk order once the corresponding mass-production order (minimum 1×40HQ per confirmed model) is placed and deposit is received.

Sample freight responsibility

Sample production cost is covered as above; international courier or freight charges to deliver the sample to your location are the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing at quotation stage.

Our Manufacturing & R&D Backing

Custom orders are engineered and produced inside the same Huizhou facility that runs our standard product line - full company background is available on our [[Anchor to About Us Page]]. Our in-house research and development group - approximately 15 engineers - completes mechanism tolerance testing, frame-joint load specification, and new-model tooling before a custom design reaches the cutting floor, rather than adjusting specifications mid-run. This group works alongside a total factory headcount of 150–180 covering frame construction, upholstery, quality control, and packing, across four parallel production lines capable of running different fabric, frame, or mechanism combinations without slowing turnaround on any other buyer's order in progress.
