Frame

A rock-solid solid wood frame built from kiln-dried eucalyptus hardwood and first-grade plywood - the kind of construction that stays silent and stable for years.

Eucalyptus hardwood (density 0.39 T/m3) in precision-cut sections: 1.9x3.4 cm, 2.5x4.5 cm and 3.9x3.9 cm - engineered for the seat base, armrest frames and structural bracing of the 3-seat sofa.

First-grade plywood (8mm, 11mm, 14mm, 17mm) for base panels, armrest panels and shaping; double-sided kraft cardboard lines key surfaces for a smooth, consistent finish.

Pocket Spring Pack - a individually wrapped coil pack measuring 17.5"x57.5"x3" (7x23 coils, 1.8mm wire), wrapped in non-woven fabric for targeted, motion-minimizing support across the full seat.
Sinuous Springs - 3.8mm gauge 82B steel S-shaped springs (12.5 bows) reinforce the seat base for even weight distribution and long-term resilience.
Elastic Webbing & Positioning Wire - 4.5cm wide green elastic webbing (303 grade) and 2.0mm steel positioning wire work together to lock the base support system, preventing shift and extending service life.
