- Pocket Spring Packs - individually wrapped coil packs: 20"x25"x4" (8x10 coils, 1.8mm wire) and 45"x25"x3" (18x10 coils, 1.8mm wire). Each coil is wrapped in 60g inner / 70g outer non-woven fabric to minimize motion transfer and deliver targeted, personalized support.
- Elastic Webbing - 4.5cm wide green elastic webbing (303 grade) stretches across the seat frame for flexible, breathable base support that complements the spring system.
- Steel positioning wire (2.0mm diameter) and metal bed-net clips lock the entire spring array in place, preventing shift and extending the sofa service life.

- Extra-Firm Foam (28 kg/m3) - 1.5" thick top layer on the seat surface (84x69 cm) for added durability and a supportive, non-sagging sit. This is the foam you actually sit on - dense enough to hold its shape, soft enough to feel comfortable.
- Medium-Soft Foam (18 kg/m3) - used in backrest panels, armrest exteriors, and headrest interiors in thicknesses from 0.5" to 3" for a plush, cradling feel against the back and arms.
- Soft Foam (23 kg/m3) - 1.5" thick top layer on headrest surfaces for a cloud-like feel against the head and neck.
